We have a commercial contract with the artificial intelligence infrastructure we use, which gives us full ownership and rights to the arts, which are privately generated.

Therefore, Animals by AI passes on to the current owner of each NFT in the collection all rights to their artwork.

Artificial intelligence infrastructure uses public images as the basis for artistic creation, so copyright issues can arise. We respect the artists, and we are ready to handle each case individually, and if any infringement is confirmed, we will replace the NFT image as the policy script will remain open.
